Natalie busch
Clinical Team, she/her
I am inspired by supporting youth in exploring their core beliefs, navigate interpersonal relationships, establish skills, and make meaning of their lives that supports their well being and connect them to their authentic selves. As we explore these personal parts of your life, I acknowledge they are inherently influenced by the relationships you have, the environments you live in, and the systems and culture you are immersed in. We will work together to process how it impacts you, how you feel about it all, and find a path forward.
I specialize in working with school age children, teens, and their families navigating difficulties with regulation, neurodivergence, low self esteem, traumatic stress, sensory sensitivities, foster/adoption, and life changes. My approach is relational, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that relationships are at the core of thriving in this worldand essential to the growth and healing of a young person. I value working closely with parents and caregivers to find solutions and supports that work with your unique needs. I help kids and families to understand their brain, nervous system, and human need for connection. I utilize an integrative approach that is trauma informed and neuro-affirming and draws from play therapy, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Rather than solely relying on traditional talk therapy, I honor the unique ways youth communicate and turn to the expressive arts, play, sandtray, storytelling, and movement to allow for full expression of their experience.
